the collective
a curatorial continuum of civil disobedience
Grandma is an international curatorial collective founded by Paige Haran and Rebecka Jackson. The collective organizes exhibitions and programs as acts of critical resistance and care: revisionist responses and place-based extensions to institutional programming and collections. Their curatorial approach is a practice of healing and storytelling, exploring who has authority over the flow of information, our books, our bodies, and standards of beauty.

Grandma has curated exhibitions and programs internationally for The Getty, de Young Museum, Frieze, The Phillips Collection, Artsy, Google, The British Council, among others.
